Our classic country inn style accommodations include thirty four guest rooms, with panoramic ocean views or overlooking the Inn's manicured gardens and residences beyond. Our lodging accommodations have been completely redesigned for today but are still reminiscent of our past, decorated with creamy neutrals mixed with elegant textures and fabrics.
Each hotel room and suite is individually furnished with American antiques, wrought iron beds and premium amenities such as fluffy white down comforters, plush terry robes and towels and Molton Brown toiletries. Original black and white photographs of beach landscapes decorate the walls. Other welcome amenities include a sitting area and writing desk in each room, telephone with voice mail, cable television, VCR, and CD stereo system. All of the Inn's floors are accessible by elevator and we have available easily accessible rooms for guests with a disability.
At the Beach House Inn, all our hotel rates include a country continental breakfast each morning, a traditional afternoon tea featuring cookies, scones, fruit breads, loose leaf teas and even espresso coffee, and in the early evening sample our cheese platter, local nibbles, ports and brandy. All presented in the comfort of The Sitting Room overlooking the ocean view…and all served with our compliments.
Our inn at Kennebunk Beach is less than two miles from the historic village center of Kennebunkport, close to all the Kennebunkport attractions, including museums, whale watching cruises and of course sailing and power boating in the marina. You can even do some tee-ing off at the nearby Kennebunkport golf courses and tee times can be arranged for you. The charming shops of our local Dock Square are the ideal place to do some souvenir or fashion accessories shopping. You'll also discover, antiques shops, art galleries and restaurants abound, and last but not least... pristine sandy beaches nearby.
